Getting started & signing in
Park Attack works straight away — no account required. Pick a park, build your ride wishlist, and start a session to begin routing. You can optionally sign in with Apple or Google from the Account tab to sync your wishlists and entitlements across devices.
What's included — free vs paid
Park Attack is free to plan with: build your wishlist (your “Targets”) and browse parks and attractions. Starting a session (an “Attack”) unlocks forecasts, live wait times and real-time routing for every Target at that park.

One Attack unlocks live waits and routing for all your Targets at that park, and stays live until the session ends.
Ways to pay — Annual Pass vs one-off Attacks
There are two ways to unlock Attacks, both bought through your Apple or Google account:
- Annual Pass — an auto-renewing yearly subscription that includes a set number of Attacks plus Session History.
- Consumables — one-off purchases with no auto-renewal; buy Attacks as you need them.

Platinum also unlocks forecasts and wait times while you plan, even outside an active Attack.

Session History (reviewing your past Attacks) is included with Annual Pass tiers only. Prices are shown in the app at checkout in your local currency.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by the app store you bought them from, not by Park Attack:
- iPhone / iPad (Apple): open Settings → tap your name (Apple Account) → Subscriptions → select Park Attack → Cancel or change plan.
- Android (Google Play): open the Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Park Attack → Cancel.
Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google under their own policies — see Apple's refund process or Google Play's refund process. If you believe you were charged in error, email us and we'll help where we can.
How do I restore a purchase?
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used to buy, then open the Account tab and tap Restore purchases. Your active entitlements will be re-applied.
Notifications & location permissions
Park Attack uses your location only during an active session, in the foreground, to calculate walking time to your next ride — it is never used for advertising or tracking. Wait-time notifications are opt-in. You can change either permission at any time in your device Settings, or your notification preferences in the app's Account tab.
Managing your data
You're in control of your data. From the Account tab you can Download my data (a machine-readable export) or Delete my account (permanently removes your profile and associated data). For full detail on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
Something isn't working
If live waits aren't loading or the app won't open as expected, try these first:
- Check you have a working internet connection.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
