Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ParkAttack mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms take effect on 2026-04-14 and form a legally binding agreement between you and ParkAttack Limited ("ParkAttack", "we", "us", "our").

Service Description

ParkAttack is a theme park day-planning service that provides live wait-time routing, recommending the next lowest-cost ride to visit based on live queue data and your current GPS location. All information — including wait times, ride availability, and park data — is provided "as is" and sourced from third-party APIs and operators. Real-world queue times and ride operations may differ from what the App shows.

Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• One account per person. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Purchases & Subscriptions

• Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) or your local store currency and include any applicable VAT.
• All purchases are processed via Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). We do not collect or store your payment card details.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Play Store account settings.
• Day passes and bundles are consumable products. One purchase entitles you to one session (or the stated number of sessions in a bundle). Consumed passes cannot be refunded once used.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's and Google's respective store policies. We are unable to process refunds directly.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App or our backend APIs by automated means.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Abuse our APIs through automated requests, request flooding, or circumventing rate limits.
• Misuse notifications (e.g. spam, harassment, or generating notifications you have not opted into).
• Use the App in any way that breaks UK law or the rules of the theme park you are visiting.

Intellectual Property

The App itself, the ParkAttack brand, logos, typography, and all original content are owned by ParkAttack Ltd and protected by copyright and trade mark law. Park names, ride names, park logos, and ride data displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only. No endorsement or affiliation is implied.

User Content

Your wishlists, session notes, and any other content you create in the App remain yours. You grant ParkAttack a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, transmit, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell or share your content with third parties for advertising.

Disclaimers

Wait times and ride status are sourced from third-party APIs and public operator data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of this information. We are not liable for missed rides, ride closures, queue changes, park schedule changes, or any other operational decisions made by the theme parks themselves.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParkAttack's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the App is limited to the total fees you have paid to ParkAttack in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you materially breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Account tab → Delete my account in the App. On termination, your licence to use the App ends and we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will also notify you via an in-app banner. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
